Thorbardin Ranch to ensure the best possible free range veal™ and beef uses bulls from sires that have been both ultrasound for marbling, rib eye size steaks and back fat content.In addition many of our sires have been genetically DNA tested for marbling and tenderness genetic markers.These steps in using the best available beef genetics on the market today allow us to produce veal and beef that is well above average on a consistent basis.
We also offer a limited selection of cattle skulls, all natural leather pillows made from Highland Cattle hides and natural full Highland Cattle hides for either rugs or throws that bring incredible warmth to decorate any room. Our pillows and hides are ideal for beds, couches, sofas or just throw a hide over a banister to create that live in feeling. For those who want a western feel to their interior decorating, a cattle skull mounted on the wall or placed in the corner makes any cottage or cabin into an old western ranch house.
